Lodging Reservation Policies:

• Guaranteed reservations require a one night minimum deposit, refundable with 14 days advance notice on cabins, 30 days notice on holiday weekends and 30 days notice on the house anytime.
•  Group rentals of 3 or more units and standing reservations are not refundable.

 All refundable deposits are subject to a cancellation fee

• Guests are responsible for all damages
• No refund for early departure
• Guests use all facilities at their own risk, we are not responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind
• 2 night minimum stay weekends: March-August, 4 night minimum stay Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day Holidays, 2 night minimum on the family house year round. 10% discount for 5 or more nights, holidays not included.
• $5.00 pet charge/per pet/per day
• $10.00 visitors charge/ per visitor/per day/limit of 2 visitors per unit
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
• Pets are welcome, however they may not be left unattended in cabins unless they are crated and guests will remain responsible for any damages.

Guide Services:

• Guide Services require a 50% deposit to confirm a date, refundable with 7 days advance notice. There is no penalty for bad weather, you may reschedule or we will refund your deposit
